And Fastbucks team up ripoff! Telecheck blocked my check writing privilages because Fastbucks said owe them money, but I don't. There's no proof I owe

I went to Walmart to fill a prescription on the evening of the 10th of June it was almost closing time for the Pharmacy. When I payed for the prescription the teller told me I was rejected due to Telecheck Services.

Without the presciption that night I had to go to the Emergancy Room. After I got out of the Hospital I tried to research why this rejection of my $45.00 check which took place causing me to go to the Emergency Room. When I got in touch with Telecheck they told me that a company called "Fastbucks" reported me to them and stated that I owe them some money. I told Telecheck that I never wrote them a check that bounced, but I did have a problem with the 652% interest that this company was tring to charge me for a loan, and was in the process of resolving.

At that point "Louie" the Telecheck manager in Houston told me that a company that uses their service does not have to have a check from you that did not clear. They can block your check writing privilages based on them saying you owe them money. I thought that Telecheck and companies like them where used to stop people that wrote hot checks, not to settle contract desputes.

Wow, what a injustice it is when a ripoff company and use another company to block your check writing privilages and you never even wrote a check that bounced. Telecheck said they didn't have a record of a check from me that had bounced and they didn't have to have one to shut me down. Their decision to reject my check which caused me to go to the Emergency Room was based on a low life company saying I owed them money, and they could not give me any proof of theft by check. It seems Telecheck is stepping out of their authority, if anyone has any suggestions please help me.
