Direct deposit will not resolve check issue making it impossible to clear my name on telecheck

Direct deposit did not hit bank due to bank system problems. Several checks bounced within this time period. Cpr re ran all checks through except 1, all were paid except that 1. Only cpr did not inform me that this one was not paid. Therefore i was unaware that i still had an outstanding bounced check. This has caused my name to be listed with telecheck but without my knowledge. After i became aware of the problem i made several attempts to have them rerun the check for payment. It is still not paid and i still have limited check writing priveledges (causing extreme embarassment in some circumstances). Every effort to resolve this check issue has been ignored making it impossible to clear my name on telecheck and restore my good credibility.
