Company pay's commission and then take's back more then they paid

Trg is a 3rd party company for verizon it is a very hostile work enviorment where there are physical altercation's and on going verbal abuse. This company pay's on commission then with hold's a percent of it in case u have cancels on any of your sale's then when you do have cancel's they take back anyway on top of the with held amount. There are no benefit's the health plan is just a discount plan it pay's for nothing and in fact they still take money out if u take the plan. They are very dishonest morning meetings are very negative and they are filled with threat's and insult's from what they consider management. They give you area's to work and they are area's that have been worked over and over again there is no gas allowance and you drive hundred's of mile's. Worst part is that verizon is the company that uses them and what dose that say about them if they do buisness with such a low life company. While at trg the turnover rate was almost one hundred percent and only the crook's that are stealing stay. There are no report's that detail your sale's or cancel's and when you ask you never get answer. Do not even think of working here also anyone interseted in class action i am in this company also need's to be reported to verizon and if they won't do anything maybe time to go to newspaper.
