Smart Circle I spent over $700 to work 10 hour days for 3 weeks!

I was working at a crappy, but in comparison, better job when I heard from the J Reider Group about a job posistion. I quit my other job and after a rigorous application process (consisting of working an entire day for free).

I was hired and forced to walk miles on foot, in heels noless! (that is right, they made us wear heels). I drove my car hundreds of miles and worked 10 hour days. I had to pay daycare for my son and gas money for myself and other employees.

I was garunteed an indoor event (which usually brings the employees hundreds of dollars a day) once I sold 10 items in a day. I sold 15 one day and 10 the next, and yet the tall skinny girls who sold 3 or 4 got the events and not me. This went on for weeks (without pay mind you) and I never got an event.

Then, they fired me for not selling enough, even though I sold more than several others, and despite the fact that Jay and I both signed a contract stating I could NOT be fired for not selling enough. To top it all off, I was never given my $300 base salary for the first week and whenever I call to speak with Jay, I am given the run around and offered the $10 check they have for me! Ya, like that is really going to help make up the $700 I spent while working there!
