Triple M Events - Quantum - Innovage - Mairead Murphy Misleading, Scam, Unprofessional

I worked for Triple M Events from November to Mid February. I could have been doing something productive with my life but instead I was stupid and spent it with the one of the biggest scaming companies in the USA.innovage, Quantum, Smart Circle, Triple M Events... Just to name a few of it's names...

I should have know it was a scam when my husband told me before I started that it was. I like others posted my resume on the internet and was latered call for a job, I should have known it was a scam when the name on the internet posting was not a name I have ever know in the office-so far I have found 4 different contact names for Triple M and none of those people exist - I know the contact person and it's been the same since before I got there.

I was told the postion paid a specific amount starting out from $300-$600/wk in the distribtor phase - that was a joke. IT'S ALL COMMISSION!!! Unlike the ads which say it's a base paying job some of them even say bonuses - another joke. I started out doing okay but when I got my first check after I had busted my butt for 2 weeks working 60 hours a week I should have quit, it wasn't even a $200 check. You only get paid what you do in the field if you do anything at all, you don't get paid for being in the office from 7:30am to 10am then drive sometimes up to an hr and a half to your event, keeping in mind you do not get paid any gas money at all and you take your personal vechicle loaded down with the crappy toys that benifit kids so they say and your table to set up in front of a store or truck stop somewhere.

All this time you are trying to keep your "day of O" interested so that they too can be suckered into this crappy job - I didn't realize this until a few weeks ago how many lies I was feeding people applying for the job. I put almost 8000 miles on my car from Nov-Feb and thats rediculous - I was spending more on gas a week than sometimes my paycheck was. There are "certain" requirements to be promoted to the next level of their 4 level pyrmaid, you had to fill out a workbook, do 1 wk of 120 pieces or 2 wks of 100 pieces and be able to teach the system. There were people in the company who were hired 1 week after me and they are still at the bottom level, the reason, because there are events called A/B/C events and they are trying to be weeded out by sending them to C events-SOLO! By themselves and they might do 50-75 pieces a week - you can't survive on that i'm sorry I dont' know what they think but they are trying to be forced to quit. I thought I enjoyed this job but it turns out it was a scam - Please if you are considering working for this company -DON'T!!!

I wish someone had told me about this as I am posting before I took the job that required me to work 60 hours a week and basically only be paid for aobut 25, not insurance, health benefits, no sick day pay-and when you work outside all day every day you get sick-no expense payback for all the gas you put in your car. What a joke this job was, the company and it's people who run the office.
