Uniguard, never trust this payday company

I applied for a payday loan on 10/13 and ended up not taking the loan. On 10/20 i checked my bank account and found there was a unauthorized charge on my account. I had called the company who did not anser with the name of the company. They told me that they were a customer service for uniguard/freedom company. They said they would cancel my account and refund my $19.95 in 30 days. They took it out electronicaly from my account but could did not have the option to refund electronicaly. They stated they did not have a number for this uniguard/freedom but was able to give me the address. I now have to close my account but i would be held reliable for any charges that will occur from applying for this loan. I am always careful about giving my info out and always check no to have my info shared, however with this company it means nothing. According to my bank they can sale your info to anyone and anyone can charge your account. Be aware of this company they don't care you are needing money to help pay bills and they just add on to your financial difficulties.
