I was researching payday loans and my bank account was debited $19.99 for a service that I never enrolled into

I was on the internet researching payday loans. I input all the information as requested by the web site to be placed with a lender. I rejected all loan agreements. I checked my bank account online and noticed my account had been debited for $19.99. I pulled up my electronic bank statement and see a charge from Uniguard Services. I call the 1-877-890-1250 number the agent then asks me if I'm Willie. I confirmed my identity and he proceeds to cancel the service. I asked him who gave the authorization and he informs me that I did when I read the terms and agreement. I informed him that I did not authorize anything and that I needed to know what company authorized the charge. He tells me that they handle customer service from various companies and he doesnt know which company it was.
