This guy hides behind several websites including www.uniguardpluscs.com www.uniguardplus.net www.freedomcs.com and his company Last Chance Lists, LLC of Naples, FL.

The scheme is to get you to apply for a payday loan and then have you sign the terms and conditions for the payday loan. Once you sign THOSE conditions, you get a pop up from this site: loanterms. Cl which tells you that you were also signed up for Uniguard and Credit and Advance. You will be charged unless you cancel, but you can't cancel because you don't have any contact info provided. You get charged either $19.95 first and then $49.95 second or vice/versa on your bank account info you provided to have the payday loan deposited into.

There are numerous complaints on this website and many others which you can easily find through a Google search on Uniguard or Freedom Subscription. So far I have only found a handful of people claiming to have received refunds. You should contact the police department in Naples where Daniel J Richardson, Jr and his wife Pamela Richardson live... The phone number of the Colliers County Florida police department is 239-775-8477- you also need to contact www.ic3. Gov and www.ftc. Gov to file complaints. I have read that Chase Bank has been helpful with dealing with this company - US Bank has given people more grief from my experience and that of others.
