73288 text received text from this CO. Was charged 10.00 each time they texted me 30.00 to my cell bill ughhhhhh

These texts came to my sons cell phone, we all get them from time to time, i just ignore.
Then i went to see my cell carrier to see what these outrageous additional charges were and sure enough i was told it was from a text for a subscription of 10.00 each time, 3 times in all for 30.00.
I just now realized this is a scam, i never ordered anything from this company a weather forecast??? I was charged and billed on my cell phone, watch out. Tomorrow i am calling my cell carrier to tell them of this scam and i want my 30.00 back, what the frick, can these bozos' be stopped.
How can we stop them.
