Customer service the worst

I purchased brake rotors and pads for my car on 6/15/08. A week later i got pkg and was ready to install until i opened box and discovered they sent rotors but pads were on back order. I called and asked them to just refund me for pads as i needed to do my brakes asp and could not wait. Well 4 months later still no refund. I have gotten the bbb involved even there 4 letters to them has gotten no where. BBB tells me they will be droped as member of bbb and get an f rating if they dont comply... Anyone having same problem should contact bbb at labbb.org
