Activated to EarthLink dial up and not applied it for more than 2 years. Published about the present statement, consideration shut and settled it. The following month, another statement. Published a notice & mounted on bill... Consideration was shut. The following month, anoter bill? Published a check and about the check I published ULTIMATE Cost Account Shut. They approved and cashed the check. The following month, another statement designated "OVERDUE" and threatening. Published a notice declaring the real history, included "any more" contact and necessary period by me could be charged to EARTHLINK in the price of $150/time. Connected the check report from 8 weeks earlier. Obtained another statement! Visited the BBB website and study you have to contact the company before processing a BBB problem. Named EarthLink, described, was informed I can't fall (??), then when I advised them I talked to a lawyer, they approved & cashed that check, etc... They explained to send the files for their Accounts Receivable division, But offered me the incorrect fax number! Back again to the BBB website and discovered many telephone numbers for EarthLink. All were bad-but one. Sent the files. End-of sport right? No... They switched it to an assortment company and today we're getting harrased by them. Term towards the smart? Whenever you notice what "EARTHLINK" don't leave, work and work quickly!
