Billing problems!

I settled September, earthlink web expenses on july 26th. Earthlink obtained and transferred to there lender on August 7th. The deadline of the statement was August 8th.

Earthlink has approached me by email and web disruptions declaring this statement is overdue. Ive called them five occasions attempting to solve this problem. They apologize for that issue then express it'll be studied care of. Its currently three months later and that I still obtain email declaring the cost hasn't been obtained and proceed to possess my web interrupted.

So what can I really do, where do I proceed from below with this specific problem? Recommend smb!
