This company is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! I placed an order with them on 7/13 to pay by check as we are a governmental agency and use a P.O. Process. On 7/25 they sent me an email stating they hadn't received our payment and will be voiding our order because it didn't arrive within their 30 day time frame even though it had only been 12 days. On 7/28 I received an email stating they received our payment but it had not been verified, not that it had bounced. I contacted Customer Service and received NO HELP but was asked to send a copy of the cleared check. I asked if our check cleared, doesnt that mean you cashed it and IT CLEARED? The guy had no idea what he was talking about. I did what he asked and included some comments about my history with them on this order and my feelings on their unprofessionalism. On 8/2 I received another email that stated that they did not receive or verify our payment within the 30 day timeframe even though it was only 20 days later. This was ridiculous!!! They ended up voiding our order and sending me my money back. They lost a customer for life.
