STOLE MY MONEY ripoff

I was reading a magazine and they had a plug for an item and gave out the email address to this website to order one as seen in their magazine. I was told to send only a check or money order and it was to be made out to an individual named C. Wunsch. I received an email the day they state they received my check signed by "Mike". I thought everything was great when I received a phone call from a guy stating that they would send my bag out as soon as my check cleared. This was on May 31st. My check cleared the bank on June 1st. However. I would allow the 5 business days they state on their website and in the phone call I received. It is July 8th... I have emailed 3x with no response at all. I have emailed both addresses they have online to no avail. They stole my 76.25 and all I have is a cancelled check that wasn't even signed! All that is on the back of the check is someone's account number. They are theifs! I am damned angry.
