Harrassment, dishonesty, tired of run arounds by all employees, incorrect display of information United States

Lets see, back in September. I wrote a check to wal-mart and it bounced, i then received a letter from telecheck to pay it, which was no problem, so I then went to walmart and purchased a money gram money order on Oct. 12 mailed it out same day.
Money Gram was cashed Oct. 19 by TRS. I have received millions of phone calls stating that they wanted payment even though the payment had been received and cashed.

I have the original receipt off the money gram. I had to fax that to them as well to prove that I had paid it. Then I had called Money gram to see if the money gram had been cashed and it had they stated it had been cashed on Oct. 19. This whole time I was still receiving phone calls demanding payment. So I then had to spend more money (to prove I had paid it) to get a copy of the money order, so I did and I had faxed the receipt of the money gram and also faxed the copy of the money order front and back to prove that someone had cashed it. I was still receiving phone calls demanding payment. Well to them, that was not good enough, so I had to send in for the original Photocopy fax all the information to them again.

Still getting phone calls demanding payment. I have talked to so many customer service reps. It is ridiculous. I have talked to all the supervisors, I had also asked to talk to the head supervisor which is above all the supervisors and he was never there. I have been treated like the dirt under a rug. I am makin myself sick worrying about if this is ever going to be cleared up if i am going to go to jail even though I have paid it. Even at one time being accused of keepin the money myself. I have documented all the people I have talked too. I have kept all the faxing material. I have kept all the money order materials. I am madder than hell and I am not takin it anymore.

I have talked to one person in particular during this whole unusual process and it took me callin him and leavin a message on his machine that an attorney was going to get involved for him to reply to me to let me know it was going to all be taken care of, he eventually called me and told me that I was not Liable, because they had lost payment, he also stated it was going to take walmart 14 days to clear matter, if that is the case then why with me callin today it is going to be cleared up tomorrow dont you find that odd, which i think is unusual to say the least and if that is the case and i am not liable then why have I been harrassed this whole time.

Today it is February 19 and I had called walmart to see if it was cleared up yet to see if i had my check writing privileges given back, they put me on hold and told me that it had not been cleared up. I have been the one calling Telecheck and FMS which is another company involved (Which they helped me a little) and Wal-mart I have had to see what is done day by day. I did call Walmart back again today and I had been told that it will be cleared up with them by tomorrow because I had informed them of this whole situation and they had to call telecheck and the FMS company to find out what was going on, but we will see!!! Please Help ME!!! There is so more about this that upsets me than you even realize. I have been told that a bigger authority will be callin me so i can tell him or her this whole story to get something done about TRS and they shouldn't be able to treat people this way. I have not received a call. So I will be filing a complaint against Walmart as well.
