I think Blizzrd should have two systems running so when they need to take the computer off line they can switch over to the other system once upgrades are done switch it back. The wait time for people is rediculas. People are paying 40 bucks every 2 months and how much time has the network crashed and uploading time and the customer service is terrible. If I have to give them a review it would be very poor.
