I have bee n a direct TV customer for a long time pay my bills on time etc. I purchased the protection plan and was told by 3 different phone people (who by the way need to learn how to switch you from I department to another and how to read the cards there reading!!!) that when we purchased more TV after our move across town it would be covered by the protection plan! Yes I was stupid to ever purchase and be paying for these boxes until I could get the televisions for them but it just so free upgrades when I moved. Called today, on the phone 2 hours for me to either hook up my own televisions with help from Mr. Voice on the phone (if it is not on my card I am reading from I have to switch you, They took a half hour just finding my account. I wanted to know when my contact with them was up, but they needed to switch me again! No thanks
