Valid Checking Payments Rejected as Invalid for Over 90 Days

American Education Services has refused payments from two working checking accounts of mine for more than 90 days. Were I aware of my mistake I could correct it, but no customer service rep has any idea.

They advised me to go into forbearance while I 'fix the problem.' I do not see why I should enter forbearance when I have been making payments on time from checking accounts that function everywhere but AES. That has by now damaged my credit rating, and AES tells me it is powerless there. One rep told me to just send a check again from that account and see what happens. WHY? So that my credit score can take an even bigger hit while I wait without answers, because the reps cannot pull up details of my individual payments? All anyone tells me is that I entered invalid information for my account. I go back and recheck everything I entered, again and again, find NO ERRORS, and verify that it matches the exact payment information I use on other sites without trouble.

I WANT TO MAKE PAYMENTS! I would gladly give this company the money I agreed to pay when I took the loans, but no service rep can tell me how to find the reason for an 'invalid' error on a perfectly good checking account. I am in tears because I feel so helpless, and because I WANT to do the right thing and I am unable to, for reasons that feel entirely out of my control.
