I purchased fabric to make curtains for my grandson's room, my kids changed their minds about having the "Cars" theme, so I took the fabric back this morning. I had purchased all the fabric on one bolt, it was in 2 pieces, I paid for 10.25 yds and 2.75 yds at $4.44 a yard, $57.72. When I returned it they had me take it to the fabric dept. To be measured, the larger amount measured only 8.25 yards, so I had paid for 2 yards that I didn't have, I didn't know that I had been shorted because I had never taken the fabric out of the bag. I am so angry, I paid almost $10.00 for fabric I didn't get, I trusted that the clerk new how to measure or count. They only refunded for the material that was measured. The clerk who remeasured checked it twice, she was a different clerk than the one who helped me on Sept. 16. If this had been a mistake that amounted to a couple of dollars I wouldn't complain, but this was just under $10.00.
