The fabric used in the living room furniture that I purchased develops "stained looking areas" after a few weeks. These stains are not due to spills of any kind, rather inferior, defective fabric. They have replaced this furniture three times, and admit that it is a problem with this fabric, but will not issue a refund. They offered replacement again, but after going through this for six months I do not trust that any other fabric would be any better. They do not guarantee their products after 48 hours.
