Tech support lacks - Magic jack

The concept is good, the quality of calls is alright if you can put up with the random beeping, and sudden disconnects. But as the old adage goes "you get what you pay for" but for 1.66 month it's tolerable I guess, if you have a cell you can use when the stupid thing starts acting up. Tech support on the other hand is seriously lacking. I think the know they have faulty software and don't want to hear people complain all day. Welcome to the free market majic jack. They need to do some damage control by informing consumers of the pitfalls. Good concept, works sporadically and terrible customer service. Kinda like our cell providers.
