They charged my debit card when they said it would not cost anything to look

United Benefit Advantage tookmoney out of my account on 8-27-09 without my consent. I was ordering something off of the internetand a guy called me and said it would not cost me anything to look at hisprogram and that he would throw it in with my original order. I agreed. Then my account gets charged $29.99. I did not authorize this charge, as I did not consent to order theprogram. I called the same day Ireceived the package and cancelled the account. I talked to Patrika on 9-3-09 and she said all she could do is to sendme a gas card worth $100. I agreed. She gave me a conformation number. On 9-14-09 I received thisgas card, which expires on 3-31. The gas card takes 8 to 10 weeks to register, then another 30 days toverify it. Once all is verified, thenyou can send in $10 worth of gas receipts per month. So, the card is worth approximately $30, anda lot of trouble. After seeing this I called again and talked to Joann. I offered to return the card, and just wantmy money back into my account. She saideverything was non refundable, and that she would send me a new gas card with adifferent expiration. I told her I wasnot interested in the gas card and just wanted my money back. All of these calls are recorded so I told herto go back to the first call and she will hear what the guy told me therewill be no charge for just looking. Shesaid she would make a note of it in my file. She also said that it was verified, otherwise she would not havereceived the order in the first place. So, again, she gave me a conformation number. I did not authorize any charge from thiscompany!
