This was supposed to be a 30 day trial with no obligation if you did not want to keep it. Not only was it not a free trial they refused to take it back.

They charged $9.95 for shipping and three weeks into the trial my wife called to get an RMA. They talked her into taking a $100 discount to keep it. They charged her credit card $69.80.

The kit included a computer program also. When the 30 day trial was over the order number and registration number had to be verified that payment had been or the program would no longer work. 31 days after I installed the program I got a window with my account number and order number already inserted in the proper spaces. I was instructed to click on register now. I did this and got another message saying there had been no payment and no account under this number.

The credit card company was called and they agreed to take the charge off and we would send the package back by certified mail.

When the company was told of this (Jason-ext -5551) told my wife that he would send in a bad credit report on our record if the card company remove the charge.

He was also very rude hateful
