This landlord is EVIL! He/she rents in Iowa City and lives secretly in Fairfield. He uses a false name (Jai Ram Co.) for his apartment buildings.
He/she has stolen a number of upstanding tenants deposit money and even attempted to charge some tenants for false labor.
Beware of Jay Hall aka Jai Ram Co LLC that rents overpriced apts. (takes advantage of the section 8 policy by overcharging for their SLUMS (apartments) in the Iowa City area.
This man is African American and his associate is a white woman. They usually drive a newer model Mercedes.
BEWARE!!! STAY as far away from these crooks as you can.
