Dryer Repair Promised Free Under Warranty but Charged Extra

We recently had a PM done to our dryer and we are very disappointed by the result. Liner on insulation was dis - lodge and tore up. Talk to service dept and re schedule and were told it would be free of charge and covered under 90 day warranty. However we were charge and additional $142 $82 for parts. What really ticks me off is when they were done the second time, my wife ran dryer for 5 min and dryer stop working and E1 error message. We ended up
