Hobby Lobby
Ridiculously lousy customer service

I recently bought a Twister Blackhawk R/C helicopter on-line through Hobby Lobby's internet service. The helo arrived in good condition and I proceeded to fly it. On the second day, after only four flights, the servo controlling the roll of the aircraft ceased functioning in mid flight. This caused a catastrophic impact with both a wall and cement floor. Damage was limited to a bent inner and outer rotor shaft, and the servo remained non-functional.
I called their customer service line and actually had some one pick up and speak to me. After detailing the issue I was given an RMA number and told to repackage everything up and send it back. I did so, spending $11.34 to have it shipped back via UPS. I was assured I would be reimbursed at the conclusion of the problem.
About a week and a half later I received an e-mail stating there was nothing wrong with the helo, other than the crash damage and that Hobby Lobby was sending it back as is.
When I received the package back I immediately checked the servo. I found it still not working. Nothing had been repaired and it appeared as if it hadn't even been looked at closely (i.E. The body taken off and the innards examined).
Furthermore, I never received reimbursement and all e-mails go unanswered. They are either A) Incompetent, B) Liars, C) Thieves without conscionse, or D) ALL of the above. The correct answer remains a mystery, but I have ceased all business with them and urge everyone to be very cautious when dealing with them. It is clear to me that they are far less concerned with providing adequate service than in making a buck at anyone else's expense.
