Over many years and many hardware stores around the country, I have little need for help in most departments because I am a DIYer, but at least in the last few years Home Depot has became better with return policies (they will take back almost anything!), customer service (especially in Manteca, Ca and Lake Wales, Fl), and knowledgeable and helpful employees (they try relentlessly to try and help and are very polite again). It seems like the Home Depot I used to remember shopping with my Grandfather When I was just a kid. I am so happy that this company has taken a turn for the better in the last few years and hope it stays that way. I will always bring my buisness to Home Depot first.
