Modification

The samwe thing is happening to me every time i call i get a different story about my documents. Basically i have done my part and chase bank does not do there's i call everyday since april and my modification is not done yet i have had to send my paper work in 6 times! If they keep bs'ing me i will loose my home as well. I dont understand how people can sleep at night knowing they are the cause of others being homeless. I also know s omeone else who is going through the same thing with them. Chase bank keeps giving them the run around because of their lack of professionalism and getting their company together. They are a horrible bank and i will never deal with them again as well as tell anyone else the same. I did another modification with another bank and they had it done within two weeks!!!
