United States Phone: 1-800-931-3083 This Bidfuel co withdrew from my checking account 39.95 for the last 5-6 months. I've been laid up and my daughter came home from college to help me out and found this ripoff. Lockwood, New York

My daughter came home from college to help me out because I've been laid up. She was going through my bank statements and discoverd I had some charges that she couldn't place and I could not either. It was to BidFuel.com, for 39.95 she has found on looking into it further that this company has ripped off other people. She check my statements back to March and I was charged a 1.97 for something and then the next month is when the 39.95 started showing up.
We called the 800 number for this and the person was very snotty and told us that we could complain all we wanted but they have my numbers and address and so it had to have been me that signed up for this. She would cancel if that is what I wanted to do but I couldn't do business with them again if I did. I just told her that I wouldn't want to and that was it. As of today they have not refunded this monthly payment like she said she would.
Basical I live on a fixed income and can not afford to have this money taken out of my accound and I know I would have remember if I signed up for ebay sales.
