Charging my credit card $39.95 a month since October for no services or product

I noticed on my bank statement charges for BidFuel. Thought it was just where my husband was filling up his car. Surprised when he asked what BidFuel was. Googled and came up with the website for an auction warehouse. I do use EBAY, but to my knowledge never ordered anything from BidFuel. I know I have never received anything from them except a bill on my credit card for $39.95 from October thru February. Followed adivce give on Ripoff and called bank immeadiately. They are filing a fraud claim to cover all 5 months. Do have to renew my card so that no further charges can be issued against it. EBAY says that BidFuel is not affiliated with them so that can't help get the money back. Hopefully, they will not continue to let this company use their trusted name as an endorsement.
