Customer service problems - Nissan Titan

I took the Nissan Titan to have new running boards installed a few weeks ago. The service department did a points check on the vehicle and mentioned some leaks that was to be covered under my power train warranty. Cory said he would order the required seals. At that time I made an appointment to have the fuel injectors serviced and a/c serviced. At the time the appointment came due Lewis Motors was to come and pick up the Nissan at me house at 9am. At 9:30AM I called and they said they could not get to it that day, they were short staffed and the Nissan Tech would be on vacation the following week. I rescheduled the appointment for 6/22/09. I also was told the parts/seals had come in for the warranty repairs. I was not called for a schedule for the power train repairs. Cory said they would try to do the power train repairs at the time of the a/c & injection repairs. Two hours later they said they would not have time to do it. They were also late to pick up the pickup, I had to finally call and find out if they were coming at all. We just bought another Nissan, this time a new Maxima, was it a mistake with the service department available to us in Garden City, Kansas. My sister deals with the Ford dealer here and has great customer service, what is the problem with Nissan. GMC??? Please respond, they made no attempt to schedule an appointment for the warranted repairs, and was incompetent with the actual repairs I paid for.
