Company charged my credit card under mulitple names. China

I requested the free 30 day powercleanse on the web in May. The only thing I was to pay for was the shipping. I authorized the comany to charge my credit card for the shipping charge of $4.95 US. I got an email 22 days after I placed the order advising my credit card was being charged for the full amount of the product. I sent a reply advising that I hadn't had the full 30 days to try the product and to send me return instructions. The reply email advised the credit card has already been charged..

Not only did the company keep sending me the product after numerous emails to stop. They were charging for a "membership fee" and an "internet fee" when I had not authorized those charges either.
