Tenstar Supplements, Quality Health are deceptive liars

I sent in for a free trial, paying only for shipping, with option to cancel in 14 days.
Even though I cancelled within the 14 days, they started charging my credit card $85.90 each month, which I DID NOT authorize.
I sent many e-mails and placed many calls, to no avail.
I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. They also could not reach anyone at I Health Solutions either. My credit card company stopped any further charges to my credit card.
To date, I have been charged $257.70 ($85.90 three times), in addition to the $4.95 for shipping the original free product, which cost me $6.95 to return. At this point, I'm afraid that if I were able to contact this company to reverse the charges, they'd ask for my credit card number and add more charges.
Isn't it illegal for companies to charge credit cards without permission? Wouldn't it be considered mail fraud?
