Concerned citizens,

I would like to warn anyone looking for a vechicle to "PLEASE" by pass Big Shoe Auto Sales. I was desparate to find a car so I went there thinking that I would get a good deal because I've never had a car of my own and after being lied too I paid too much for 2005 w/over 50,000 plus miles on it. Needless to say I had to return the car on three different occasions for (1) on the second day of driving it and the other (2) days upon returning the car from the shop on site and feel the problem should've been taking care of even befor the car was purchased. If I would've listened to people warning me USED and used is an opportive word CAR LOTS. This dealership or what it should be is a RIP OFF. Possibly if I wasn't so desperate for a car I wouldn't be reading all the same complains I have with this company and I wished now that I would've known about this report BIG SHOE wouldn't have gotten my money also the Manager or whoever he's suppose to be is very very very rude and unconcerned about the customers needs and concerns.
