False Advertising Complaint

Dear Hibbett's, I feel as if I was hoodwinked and bam-boozled! I bought a pair shoes from your Cartersville, GA location, and the prices were deceiving. I bought the solarsoft sandal (*23439383). I thought the price was $29.99 because that was the price of the same shoe on the shelf. The only difference was the color of the shoe's. It wasn't until I was almost home that I realized that I paid $42.00 for the same $29.99 shoe.

I went back to the store to get the difference that I was over charged; only to find out that the difference in color cost me a considerable amount more. The person in charge in the store told me that they were told by Hibbett's to label the shoe's this way.

I feel like this was false advertisement or trickery. I shouldn't have paid more for the same shoe of a different color. I feel like I'm a good customer, and I should not be deceived by tricky sales tactics. I think you all should reimburse me for the over payment. I am also asking if someone would please respond to my e-mail, and explain to me why Hibbett's did business this way? Unhappy Regards SCOTT MAYS
