I was charge without knowledge on my checking account for receivers that were sent back to you company, now all Tony #U5748 at customer service cans say is SORRY? No, I will not accept sorry. I want my money replaced now not in 6 to 8 weeks. See this charge created a deficit on my checking account That I HAVE TO REPLACE! You owe me my refund because whoever charged my card did so within the 7 days I had to return those receivers. Fraud! Because your company employee screwed up I am having to pay. So you owe me my refund today, not in 6 to 8 weeks. AND I don't care who writes the damn thing I want my money back or I am willing to look into ID fraud charges!
