Consumers BEWARE!!!

I would like to inform all Bank of America users and non-users to be alert of this banks corruption. I had an incident where I had an overdraft occur. The bank had charged me a $35 overdraft fee for a check that I had cleared. However, I went over only. 32 cents. The bank had pending transactions on my account so I decided to go to the bank and deposit cash to cover the remaining balances. Unfortantely, eventhough I deposited the cash into my account the day before the charges occured they processed my deposit after the pending fees the following day. All of the pending transactions caused my account to overdraft several of times and I was charged a total of $105. $105 for only. 32 cents overdraft. I have been banking with them for over three years and they litterally would not do anything in my favor. This company is completely unfair and unscrupulous. If you want fair business DO NOT Bank with BANK OF AMERICA. Unless you want to waste your time with their inconsiderate employees who opperate according to their company' unfair policies and unless you would like to be penalized for petty transactions. I would recommend SunTrust, Wamu, or BB&T but certainly not Wachovia or Bank of America.
