Predatory practices for overdraft fees atlanta

I have been banking with Wachovia for a few years and I have never been subjected to so many overdraft fees in my life! Just recently, Wachovia charged my account 450.00 worth of overdraft fees based on pending holds on my account. Forget the fact that if the pending holds had cleared I would have had more than enough money in my account for these transactions. Forget that the holds had taken place prior to another payment on my account! WACHOVIA processed a one time bill payment prior to a total of 12 other small transactions that took place 3 DAYS before the one time bill payment and prior to WACHOVIA crediting my CASH deposit a day earlier due to a time delay... I was hit with 12 NSF fees! WTF!!!

I am a single parent of two children and there is no way in Hell I can afford such nonsense. How can a bank charge fees for pending transactions? How can transactions be pending and not be processed! I hate this bank and I would never recommend anyone to use this bank ever again in my life! I will stick to the small credit unions who happen to care about their customers.
