Ge monogram - monogram Trivection Oven

Ge monogram system. I purchased the entire monogram system, stove top, double oven with trivection, advantium, warmer, dishwasher and refrigerator. This all seemed a good idea, but is fastly turning into a horror story, GE DDOES NOT STAND BEHING THEIR PRODUCT NOT WORKMANSHIP. Ge customer service specifically the monogram area need a few classes in customer service. The bottom line is... Left without a working appliance, promised parts, never received and horrible customer service. I simply did not expect this type of service from General Electric Company. It's obvious this is not the same company, has it changed hands and unknown to the consumer???
