Crooks - Scumbags - Thieves - take your pick.

I purchased a beautiful king size bed from them at Canton, TX. It was delivered without issue. It didn't match the dresser I had, so while they were there, my husband and I decided to purchase the matching dresser and side table. We gave them a deposit of $500.00 (just like we did with the bed), it was cashed immediately and within 2 weeks I called to set up a time to deliver the units. (This was in FEB. 09) Kept trying all the contact information I had on them. No luck.

Finally, after numerous attempts in June - the phone number I had for them was disconnected and no reply from the numerous emails. I contacted the Canton Police Dept. - unfortuntately I wasn't the first to complain about Eric Skyles or Michael K. Jennings. Per Officer King - I then contacted Brandy with the City of Canton. She too had numerous complaints - she gave me all the info she had on them. I sent them demand letters - with all the proof of contact and cancelled check. Put in the letter if no reply would put out all the information I had gathered on rip off and craigslist - that's where they also do a lot of selling. Hoping to prevent others from being ripped off too. I am willing to update all this - if they FOLLOW THROUGH and deliver my furniture...
