We purchased a King size be at Ashley furniture in Buford Ga on Jan 14. We were told it would be delivered in 4 weeks. After numerous calls for scheduling, they kept cancelling because all the parts were not in. They were finally suppose to deliver our bed on March 31, but called again to cancell. I went into the store for the second time today to discuss this with the manager and she actually shrugged her shoulder's at me! Then when I asked for the District Mgrs number, she informed me he would not answer but would go to voice mail. Well I did call him, and there was no voice mail and no one answered. Then I called the corporate office and they told me no one available to speak to me and they would have someone call me back. I cannot believe a company would operate like this.
