Awful Customer Service. Do not use this site people. They will never ship out your purchase on time if at all. They have no link on their webpage for an order status. They WILL backorder you without notification. You have to dig through their webpage to find a customer service email. But be warned. You will likely not receive a response. If you do, they will just resend the original order verification. If you call them, the voicemail WILL be full or you can wait for 30 minutes for someone who barely speaks english. They will offer you a refund but it never comes. I can back this up with my own experience and order number. I bought a Motorola Q battery that NEVER arrived. They are pathetic and should be shut down.
