Vacuum Supply Store does not deliver, does not answer, does not reply, does not care, has not refunded my money

I ordered two (2) parts for my vacuum from this online store and noticed after three (3) weeks my order hadn't shown up nore was I able to check the status of my order on their webpage because it so happends they decided to put thier webpage in "Down for Maintenance" permanently. (I'm exaggerating but it has been like this for two (2) months.). Conclusion: I paid, did not receive order, and they do not have a working customer service number. Total Rip Off. Cant even get my money back. If your thinking of buying from them first try their customer service number. If you feel OK not having someone to contact if you don't receive your product your welcome to shop from them.
