This company is a complete scam. After 3 years of service I call the business in Feb to cancel. I was informed that I could not cancel the account until I was within 30 day of the contract automatically renewing without my acknowledgement. I spoke with representatives just 3 weeks ago & was informed to send them an email to cancel the account effective the following month. Just today I called to confirm that the account was cancelled only to be informed that it had been renewed for another 12 months. It's sad to see that companies are not playing this card to keep revenue flowing. They are just begging for a class action law suit
