I have been with Protect america for 5 plus years now and never filed any claim or monitored... Just wasted my money.
Today, I called to cancel my service they were rude and harassing me saying I have to pay one year more service contract or pay off for six months.
They auto renewed my contract without my consent.
I request everyone who ever has contract with PROTECT AMERICA to cancel their service, first of all they never monitor and put the blame on you and finally don't waste your money.
Its pure waste!!!
