Offers a free trail sample. If you do not return product in 14 days from day ordered, they charge you for the sample (79.95 and you can not cancel or return product). Eight days later they charge acct. 85.90. No return or refusal ability of product. Bad customer service. Phone number to be called for future cancelations has limited hours. Computers down so they can not pull up your acct. True that small print in agreement states no rerturn.
