Beware of free trial - unethical business practices

Like other reports on usacomplaints.com, I too was scammed or bamboozled by the "risk free" (doesn't that mean "no risk?") offer for the Dermapril-SP wrinkle cream manufactured by Rauscher Bekke. Unlike the person who authored ripoff report number 437081, I tried to work with Rauscher Bekke to get a refund or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to return the second bottle of the product that was mailed to me, and I wanted a refund on the "sample" bottle sent to me and wanted to send both bottles back. I used very, very little of the sample product, and none of the second bottle!

I received an email from the Customer Support Department indicating that the company has a "no return" policy for their product (the new bottle — the one I never opened or touched!). My credit card company is disputing the charge. I cannot believe that the company is taking this position about their product! Again, what does "risk free" mean?

I am glad I checked ripoff report and found information about how others have received an RMA or return instructions and a refund for the products. I will follow through. I intend to follow-through (but, like the author of report number 437081, I don't expect a very quick turnaround on the credit card refund!). What reputable company does not stand by their product and provide good customer service? Well, Rauscher Bekke LLC is not a reputable company and has the worst customer service I've seen! Reports of scamming on other websites and blogs indicate that people have had problems reaching the company by telephone, have left messages for a return call and have not received a call from anyone at Rauscher Bekke.

In addition, Dermapril-SP is NOT the best wrinkle product on the market. I have used others with much more success. It isn't worth the hassel of getting the alleged "risk free" trial.
