MPS apparently called my store 5/7/3 and told the employee answering that they needed to verify some information in order to process an order that the owner (me) had made. Only one problem - I never made an order with this company or had any prior contact. They recite our mailing address to the employee (big deal) and ask her name. Then MPS asks her if she is an "authorized purchaser" for the company. She answers "Yes".

Two weeks later we receive two boxes with 12 credit card rolls each. Then a bill comes for $174.00 plus $14 shipping. Unbelievable.

I call on 5/29/3 and am told that my employee has ordered this merchandise as "an authorized purchaser" of the company. I am played an audio tape of the end of the conversation containing the verification of mailing information. However, I am never allowed to hear the beginning of the conversation when MPS lies to my employee about me ordering the overpriced stuff. Now they won't return my phone calls.
