Attempted to charge me for Atkins Diet Program that I did not order deceptive company

Shop America sent me a postcard stating that I owe $41.90 for the Atkins Diet Program tapes. I saw the infomercial and did call the toll free # but did not order when I was told the money back gurantee did NOT include shipping/handling charges.By the way, these charges were/are outrageous. Then Shop America sends the card mention above and stated that "payment must have slipped my mind... Please pay in order to process your order". I imagine there are good people who may fall for this tactic... Not me!!!
