Needs To Be Shut Down And Prosecuted! Fraud! Unauthorized Withdrawal From Bank Account! Illegal Business Practice!

I applied for a payday loan on the internet and instead I got 2 attempts from Credit Starter Direct to retrieve money from my checking account. The first time there was not sufficient funds available and was charged a fee for that by my bank.

The second attempt they succeded and retrieved $99.00 from my account which in turn caused aseveral other checks to bounce and to date my overdraft fees total $209.00.

I have called the numbers the bank gave me when I called them to question these transactions. There was never an answer just a recording referring you to their web site

I went to the web site and emailed them and they ask for your bank account number when you want to contact them I left that info blank. I received a voicemail and an email from" Lucious Malveaux Customer Service Lead Customer Service Department" I had asked him what I had purchased and that I needed proof that I authorized this transaction.
I got this response

This is only one way for you to have a charge. The Terms & Conditions were agreed to and authorized by you for the one time application & processing fee. If you are experiencing a charge at this time, this means after we confirm your payment was received by us your membership program will be processed by the fulfillment company as you had authorized. If you have any questions one you receive your membership welcome kit directly by the fulfillment company (to your email and mailed to your address) feel free to contact them. We know you will enjoy shopping on their exclusive online shopping site. Once again thank you for contacting us.

I again emailed him asking for proof that I authorized this transaction or a copy of the confirmation email that I should have received when I authorized the withdrawal from my account. He again emailed me with this response.

Dear Customer,

Per the request to receive the Proof of Authorization I will be mailing you this information to the address on file.

I know for a fact that I never autorized this company to take money from my account. They can't even tell me what it is I was supoosed to have purchased.

Credit Starter Direct has obviously ripped off hundreds if not thousands of people. They need to be shut down and banned from doing business and most of all prosecuted and held responsible for robbing people.
